Teaching/ Project Supervision
Teaching (Master Bioinformatics)
Broad and comprehensive set of theoretical lectures and practical tutorials in the areas of structural bioinformatics and drug design for the master students of Freie University Berlin. The course begins with a general introduction of the drug design pipeline and an introductory course on the structural bioinformatics research field. I am involved in more specialized topics, amongst others in cheminformatics, natural product based drug discovery and more detailed aspects of toxicity prediction models.
